Xx5 Terms & Conditions — Read Before You Use

These Terms & Conditions apply to the xx5 platform (www.xx5.bio) and all associated services, mobile apps, and features. By registering an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

Xx5 is an online betting platform offering Sports Betting, lottery, match odds, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These terms are drawn up in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi law and are designed to protect the interests of both parties.

Xx5 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The following requirements must be met to open an account with xx5:

• You must be at least 18 years old. xx5 strictly does not permit accounts for underage users.
• Each individual may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created with false information will be terminated.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You are accountable for all activity carried out on your account.

Once registration is complete, xx5 will send a welcome email. Your account will not be fully activated until you click the confirmation link in that email.

Please read the following rules carefully before placing bets on xx5. These rules apply to Sports Betting, live betting, and match odds.

• Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. In exceptional circumstances, the decision of xx5 management is final.
• Each event has a set minimum and maximum bet limit. Bets exceeding these limits will not be accepted.
• If a match is cancelled, postponed, or the result is inconclusive, xx5 reserves the right to refund the bet or offer a replacement bet.
• Xx5 is not liable for any delays in live betting caused by network or system issues.
• If a technical error causes abnormal odds to be displayed, xx5 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Multiple bets can be combined into a parlay or accumulator. If any one selection loses, the entire bet is lost. xx5's decision on all such matters is final.

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals at xx5:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred BDT). The maximum limit may vary depending on the payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 business hours.
• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the one used for deposits.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be restricted.
• Xx5 may place a hold on withdrawals for suspicious transactions and request additional verification.

Xx5 does not charge any deposit fees. However, payment gateways may apply their own fees, for which xx5 is not responsible. A processing fee of up to 2% may apply on withdrawals.

Xx5 regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Please read the specific terms and conditions carefully before using any of these offers.

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (typically 5x–20x). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the required wager amount has been met.
• Duration: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• A bonus, once: Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per account.
• Betting Limits: A maximum bet limit may apply when wagering with bonus funds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xx5 platform and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Placing bets or conducting transactions using another person's account.
• Fraudulently claiming bonuses or attempting to exploit the bonus system.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Placing bets connected to match-fixing or any other illegal activity.
• Using xx5 for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or glitches in the platform.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

Xx5 may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• If evidence is found that an account was created using false information.
• If evidence is found that multiple accounts are being operated.
• Extended periods of inactivity (typically more than 12 months).
• At your own request.

If no violations have occurred, any remaining balance will be returned before account closure. However, in cases of rule violations, xx5 reserves the right to withhold remaining bonus funds or any disputed amounts.

Xx5 takes the protection of users' personal data very seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how your information is collected, stored, and used.

• Xx5 does not sell your personal information to third parties.
• Your information may be used for service improvement and legal compliance purposes.
• Information may be disclosed to the relevant authorities when legally required.

Xx5 believes betting is for entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all members to bet responsibly.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a betting break of 24 hours to 30 days whenever you need one.
• Self-Exclusion: For long-term issues, temporarily or permanently deactivate your account.
• Reality check: You will receive reminders at set intervals about how long you have been betting.

In the event of a dispute between xx5 and a member, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through discussion. Any complaint can be submitted directly to xx5 customer support.

• Complaints are typically responded to within 3–5 business days of submission.
• In betting disputes, xx5's system logs and records will be treated as the authoritative source.
• For complex disputes, a neutral third-party mediator may be engaged.
